Notice was given that the River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization (R2CTPO) conducted a public hearing at its regular TPO Board meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the River to Sea TPO Conference room located at 2570 W. International Speedway Blvd. Suite 100, Daytona Beach, FL. The purpose of the hearing was to receive public input regarding the documentation report for the 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). Public comments were welcomed and encouraged during the public hearing.Those wishing to do so, could also submit comments directly to the TPO office prior to the public hearing.

Federal law requires that each Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) develop a Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for their respective planning area that addresses, at a minimum, a 20-year planning horizon.
